DEPOSITS
A $10 non-refundable deposit is mandatory to book. This secures your scheduled slot and will be deducted from the total service cost.
PAYMENT
Cash (tax-free) is preferred but e-transfer (13% tax) is acceptable as well.
LATE POLICY
Please arrive on time to your appointment. There is a scheduled time slot for each client which allows the service to be done with the highest quality. Any disturbance to the time could result in not being able to achieve your desired look.
If you are 15 mins + late, the appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS
Any changes to your appointment must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.
No shows will no longer be able to book in the future.
